Who is responsible for the data?

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter. We use them only to understand your request and reply. Valid messages are saved in the secure WordPress administration before an email is sent, so a temporary email-delivery problem does not cause your message to be lost.

The legal basis depends on the reason for your message. It can be your request before a possible relationship with BIOTERIS, our legitimate interest in replying to a general question, or your consent when the law requires it.

Anti-spam and security

The contact form uses WordPress security checks, an invisible anti-spam field and a temporary limit on repeated submissions.

How long do we keep messages?

We keep contact messages in the WordPress administration and, when email delivery succeeds, in the BIOTERIS mailbox only for as long as needed to answer you, follow up when necessary and meet our legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on the law and your situation, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, limit certain processing, object to some uses and exercise your right to data portability where it applies. You can also contact the competent data-protection authority.

The BIOTERIS application

The services on app.bioteris.org may use additional data for accounts, producer checks, requests, orders and payments. Those services need privacy information that matches the tools and providers actually used when they are available to the public.
