Why we created BIOTERIS
A better link between local demand and local production.
Consumers often want to buy organic products closer to home, but they do not always know which producers can supply them. At the same time, producers do not always have a clear view of what people nearby are looking for.
BIOTERIS connects those two needs. Consumers describe what they would like to buy. Producers see that demand and reply with their own offers. Everyone remains free to choose.

BIOTERIS was created to make local organic food more accessible and to give producers a clearer view of the demand around them. The digital platform is simply the tool we use to make that connection possible.
Creating an account is free and there is no membership fee. BIOTERIS keeps a commission of less than 2% on orders placed through the platform to help cover the costs of running and improving the service.
